The Laclede’s Landing MetroLink station in St. Louis remains closed Thursday morning after a partial building collapse nearby.

But trains are otherwise running on time and are being allowed to run through the area, according to Metro St. Louis spokesman Jerry Vallely.

The station will remain closed indefintely. Vallely said a shuttle bus is being operated from the Convention Center MetroLink station to Laclede’s Landing. Passengers can board the bus at street level at the Convention Center and Washington and Sixth Street stations.

Wedneday night light rail trails were limited to sharing one set of tracks in the Laclede’s Landing area because of the collapse of part of a wall in a 19th century brick building on the landing.

There is no word on when the station will be reopened, or when the building will be shored up.
