The Bank of Belleville has appointed Lisa Barton and Todd Neighbors as senior vice presidents.

Barton formerly served as vice president for a community bank in the metro-east area and brings more than 26 years of experience in the banking industry. She will oversee retail operations, compliance, security, audit liaison and bank secrecy and anti-money laundering.

Neighbors served as vice president of lending at a local bank and has 28 years of service in the industry. He will be responsible for developing and managing commercial business accounts for the bank.

April Friedman and Terri Hundelt of the Breast Health Center of Excellence at Memorial Hospital in Belleville have been recognized as Certified Breast Patient Navigators by the National Consortium of Breast Centers. Memorial’s Breast Health Center of Excellence provides screening through 3D mammography and biopsy and surgical procedures.
