Remington Brown, of Fairview Heights, has joined McGrath & Associates in St. Louis as project engineer. Brown holds a certification in Primavera Advanced Scheduling and provides scheduling, cost forecasting and project management on McGrath’s projects for Ameren.

Belleville resident Karen Neff has been elected the director of the Illinois Corn Marketing Board. Neff represents Madison, Bond, Clinton, St. Clair, Monroe, and Washington counties.

Mark Sherfy, a funeral director and manager at Kassly Mortuary Ltd. in Fairview Heights, has been named secretary-treasurer of the Illinois Funeral Directors Association. The state association offers continuing education and advocacy to more than 650 members.
