IDOT planning pavement work east of PSB
The Illinois Department of Transportation plans to tend to emergency repairs along eastbound Interstate 55/70/64.
Pavement repair work is planned from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday along eastbound I-64 near the Illinois 3 southbound exit ramp, IDOT said.
The left lane is planned to be closed east of the Poplar Street Bridge Complex where the road splits near exit 1, said Joseph Monroe, IDOT District 8 operations engineer.
