After a chilly weekend, warmer weather makes a comeback
After an unusually cool weekend, temperatures will rebound during the work week.
Skies will be partly sunny Monday with a high temperature of 75, according to the National Weather Service.
On Saturday the high was 15 degrees cooler at 60 while the peak temperature Sunday in the metro-east was 63. The average high temperature for Oct. 5 in the St. Louis metropolitan area is 74.
Monday night, it will become mostly cloudy with a low of 58.
The high will climb to 77 Tuesday under partly sunny skies. Tuesday night, there will be a few clouds with a low of 58.
It will again be partly sunny Wednesday with a high of 79. Wednesday night will be partly cloudy with a low of 60.
