Free mammograms will be given to anyone who wants one Monday and Tuesday at Touchette Regional Hospital, 5900 Bond Ave. in Centreville.
Molina Healthcare is sponsoring the event to promote access to preventative care. The event is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days at the hospital. Appointments are not required.
Mammograms are X-ray exams of the breast used to screen for possible cancer when patients have no breast cancer symptoms. Symptoms include pain or lumps in the breasts.
