Body of man found in burning East St. Louis home

Police are investigating after a man’s body was found in a burning home in East St. Louis.

The fire occurred early Monday in a residence at 1760 N. 40th St., according tor reports from first responders. The man, whose identity and age have not been revealed, was found in the living room of the home.
