Environmental engineering firm Geotechnology Inc. has appointed Robin Ledford as senior scientist for the firm’s environmental group office in Fairview Heights. Ledford has been working as a consultant with Geotechnology and has worked on several projects, such as mitigation design, storm water assessments and environmental site assessments.

Gastroenterologist Dr. Rahul S. Dhillon has been added to the staff at Sparta Community Hospital. The St. Louis University School of Medicine graduate completed his internal medicine residency at Washington University in St. Louis and is board certified in both gastroenterology and internal medicine.
