The chance of rain is pegged at 70 percent.
The likelihood of wet weather will increase to 90 percent Thursday night with a low temperature of 53.

Things will start to cool off considerably Friday when the high will only reach 62 under mostly sunny skies.
The low Friday night will drop to 41 when it will be mostly clear.
The cooling trend will continue into the weekend.
On Saturday, skies will be sunny with a high of 58. Saturday night, it will be mostly clear and the low will plunge to 34.
The high Sunday will be 55 under sunny skies. Sunday night, the low will again be 34.
