Financial adviser Jill Pietrusinski, of First Command Financial in O’Fallon, has been nominated as member of the year and selected as a Ruby member of The Circle of Excellence by the Women in Insurance & Financial Services. Pietrusinski was recognized at the Annual Women in Insurance & Financial Services Awards Ceremony on Oct. 30 in Baltimore.
