Thunderstorms are possible at the start of the week, according to the National Weather Service. The metro-east will likely see rain starting Monday.
It will remain sunny with a high near 67 and low around 45 on Sunday. But after midnight, there will be a 20 percent chance of showers.
Later on Monday, the chance of precipitation is 80 percent, and will continue to rise to 100 percent Monday night with the possibility of a thunderstorm.
The high temperature Monday will reach 54, and the low will be around 52 with wind gusts as high as 20 mph expected.

A thunderstorm is also possible Tuesday when the chance of precipitation is between 90 and 100 percent.
The high temperature Tuesday is expected to reach 66. It will be breezy, with wind gusts as high as 29 mph. The low temperature will be around 52.
