Burger King opening in Swansea Friday morning

The home of the Whopper is ready to open a new metro-east location.

Burger King will open its newly constructed restaurant in Swansea Friday morning.

The doors at the new fast-food place, located off Illinois 159 in at out lot in front of Rural King and nearby competitors McDonald’s and Wendy’s, are expected to open by 6 a.m.
