A Swansea dog kennel is in the process of leaving the Camp Bow Wow franchise to go independent.

The business at 129 Corporate Drive opened eight years ago and is now known as Lucky Dog Barks & Recreation.

Consumers were ready for “Black Friday” deals on Thursday. The National Retail Federation estimates about 30 million consumers shopped on Thanksgiving Day and 99.7 million will be shopping the day after, on “Black Friday.” Overall, about 135.8 million people are expected to be shopping during the four-day weekend, up from the 133.7 million who did so last year.
