IDOT reschedules I55/64 lane closure for Thursday

A lane closure planned for Monday along southbound Interstate 55/64 has been rescheduled for Thursday, the Illinois Department of Transportation said.

The closure close to the Martin Luther King Jr. Bridge is now planned to go in place at 9 a.m. Thursday, and be in place for one day, weather permitting, IDOT said.

Workers plan to carry out survey work along the road.
