Things to do Tuesday: Holiday market, visit Santa, card workshop

CHRISTKINDLMARKT: Belleville’s open-air German holiday market is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday on the east side of the Public Square. It has German-themed food and merchandise as well as other gift ideas.

SANTA’S HOUSE: All you good little girls and boys can give Santa the lowdown on your Christmas lists from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on the northeast corener of the Squar in downtown Belleville. He’ll visit with the not-so-good ones, too, as long as you promise to be good until Christmas.

CARD CRAFT: Adults and teens 12 and up can learn to make unique holiday cards out of paper during a class at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Collinsville Memorial Library Center, 408 West Main St., Collinsville. Supplies will be provided. Advance registration is required; call 618-344-1112, visit the main desk or go online to www.collinsvillelibrary.org.
