News-Democrat reporter seeks patients who can’t find doctor to recommend medical marijuana

Belleville News-Democrat reporter Mike Fitzgerald would like to speak with patients in Southern Illinois who would like to use medical cannabis to treat their medical conditions, but can’t because they can’t find a physician in the state willing to recommend medical cannabis for them.
