IDOT plans lane closure along I-64 in O’Fallon

The Illinois Department of Transportation plans to have a lane closure along westbound Interstate 64 at the Illinois 158 interchange, the agency said.

The right lane will be closed from 9 a.m. Tuesday until 5 p.m. Thursday, IDOT said. Full access will remain available within the interchange during the project.

IDOT crews plan to perform pavement patching during the lane closure, the agency said.

Traffic control devices will be used to guide traffic through the work zone. IDOT asks motorists to consider alternate routes or to allow additional travel time.
