Former baseball and basketball coach Maurice Scott Jr. claims current football coach Darren Sunkett attacked him in October after Scott made criticizing comments about Sunkett in a column he wrote for a local newspaper.

▪ Investigators said they believe a fire that burned a Highland house while seven children inside narrowly escaped with their lives was caused by an accident.
