Cool Friday and Saturday in metro-east, warmer Sunday

Skies will be mostly sunny Friday across the metro-east.

But temperatures will remain cool with the high stalling out at 41, according to the National Weather Service.

It will be mostly clear Friday night with the low dropping to 24.

Skies will be sunny on Saturday with a high of 45. It will be mostly clear Saturday night with a low of 35.

Temperatures will return to above normal Sunday and are expected to remain there into the work week.

It will be mostly sunny Sunday with a high of 53, that’s 12 degrees warmer than the average high for this time of year in the St. Louis metropolitan area, 41.

Sunday night, there is a 50 percent chance of rain with a low of 46.

The high is expected to reach 51 Monday, 54 on Tuesday and 58 on Wednesday.
