Crash slows traffic on Illinois 3 in Cahokia

Traffic was delayed in both directions early Monday morning after a head on crash on Illinois 3 in Cahokia.

The accident happened at around 7 a.m. near the intersection of the highway with Falling Springs Road.

As of 7:30, police were advising mororists to find an alternate route if possible.
