Cool and cloudy Tuesday; warmer and sunny later in week

Winds of up to 20 mph will make it seem much cooler.
Overnight, skies will be mostly cloudy with a low of 23.
A warming trend will start off slowly Wednesday, but acccelerate after that.
A high of 39 is expected Wednesday under mostly sunny skies.
It will be partly cloudy Wednesday night with a low of 29.
The temperature will climb to 48 Thursday under mostly sunny skies. That’s 10 degrees warmer than the average high temperature of 38 for late January in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Overnight, the low will be 29. Skies will be mostly clear.
On Friday, skies will be sunny and the high will be 53.
Friday night, the low will be 39 and skies will be mostly clear.
The high could reach or exceed 60 on Saturday.
