▪ A Highland man has pleaded guilty to five counts relating to child pornography.
Richard Hogg, 55, engaged in online chat that was sexually explicit in nature with a person he believed to be a minor, according to prosecutors. He also tried to reach out to minors to arrange meeting to have sex, they said.
According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a search revealed Hogg had 50 videos and more than 1,200 images of child pornography on his computer.
