Lebanon man sentenced to nine years in prison for meth making
A Lebanon man was sentenced to nine years in prison for making methamphetamine.
Zachary T. Johnson, 37, was sentenced on Tuesday by St. Clair County Circuit Judge Zina Cruse.
Johnson was charged with aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing specifically that Johnson knowingly while committing the offense of participation in methamphetamine manufacturing assisted in the production of 15 grams or more and he did so in a structure where children lived.
The case was investigated by Metro Enforcement Group of Southern Illinois. It was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorney David Sternau.
