18-year-old from Cahokia gets 21 years for armed robbery
An 18-year-old Cahokia man was sentenced last week to 21 years in prison for armed robbery.
Isaiah Ratliff, of 763 Leon Drive, used a firearm to rob Ronald Hebel of money and a cellphone Oct. 20 at the intersection of Otto and Leon, according to court records.
Cahokia Police Detective Matthew Mason said the victim was accompanying his wife, who was selling Avon products in the area.
