360-degree video gives virtual tour of new Memorial Hospital East

A special camera allows you to take a 360-degree video tour of the $124 million Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh ahead of the April 10 open house or the April 12 grand opening.

When you play the video, move your phone or tablet around to see the view above, below and around you. That guy in the frame is visual journalist Steve Nagy. If you are using a desktop browser, grab a spot on the frame with your mouse and drag it around to change perspective. For maximum effect, sit in an office chair and hold your phone or tablet out as you swivel.

The video at top is a more conventional tour of the new hospital.
