Partly sunny skies today; high in mid-50s

The forecast for Saturday called for partly sunny skies and a high of 54.

The evening low was expected to be about 30.

Showers and storms are in the forecast next week.

Tonight...Clear. Low in the lower 30s. North wind around 10 mph in the evening becoming light after midnight.

Sunday...Warmer. Partly cloudy in the morning then becoming mostly cloudy. High in the lower 60s. South wind 10 to 15 mph.

Sunday night...Mostly cloudy early in the evening then becoming partly cloudy in the late evening and early morning then becoming mostly cloudy late. A 20 percent chance of showers. Low in the upper 40s. South wind 10 to 15 mph.

Monday...Breezy. Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers. High around 70. South wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph.

Monday night...Warmer. Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Low in the upper 50s.

Tuesday...Showers and thunderstorms likely. High around 70. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Tuesday night and wednesday...Occasional showers and thunderstorms. Low in the upper 50s. High in the mid 60s. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Wednesday night...Showers and thunderstorms likely. Low in the lower 50s. Chance of rain 70 percent.

Thursday through friday...Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. High in the lower 60s. Low in the mid 40s.
