Second alarm sounded for Cahokia house fire

Firefighters are responding to a two-alarm blaze at a house in Cahokia.

According to fire department reports, the blaze is in a home at 35 Helen Court.

Firefighters said they were initially uncertain if anyone was home at the time the fire started, which was about 10:15 a.m. Monday.
