IDOT plans work along Illinois 127 in Bond County

The Illinois Department of Transportation plans to have intermittent lane restrictions along Illinois 127 in Bond County, starting Monday.

Illinois 127 is set to be intermittently restricted to one lane between Keyesport Road and Sale Barn Road from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. beginning Monday, weather permitting.

Workers plan to construct a new asphalt overlay on this route, IDOT said. The project is expected to be completed by September.

Delays are expected, IDOT said.
