MetroLink to conduct survey on type of fare used by riders

If someone with a clipboard takes an active interest in how you’re using the MetroLink over the next four weeks, don’t be alarmed. That’s just a transit employee conducting the system’s semi-annual survey on what type of tickets or passes riders use.

Surveyors wearing khaki or dark slacks and white, button-down shirts will be visiting all 37 stations from Monday through May 1.

They’ll introduce themselves before writing down what type of fare you use.

Questions about the survey can be answered by calling 314-982-1406 or 618-271-7879 from Monday through Friday between the times of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
