James G. Maurer of Waterloo, vice president of external affairs for AT&T Illinois, was named to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation Board of Directors. New members are chosen by existing foundation board members. Maurer also is a member of the Civic Federation and the Illinois State Fair Board.

Joan O’Saben was named the executive director of the Anderson Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. O’Saben is the CFO, treasurer and senior vice president at Hortica Insurance & Employee Benefits in Edwardsville. Also named to the board as a new member was Lynn Huelsmann. She most recently has worked with the non-profits Places for People and Independence Center.

The Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois announced the addition of three new members to its board. Tim Riley, financial adviser and first vice president at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s St. Louis office will represent his company on the board. Lorraine Cavataio will represent the law firm Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard on the board. Randy Renth, CFO of the Weir dealerships, will represent his company on the board.
