Bummer: A survey conducted by the Chase Freedom Unlimited Card found a depressing “fun gap” in America. According to survey results, 97 percent of people surveyed said “fun is important” during their day.
But 58 percent of respondents reported feeling limited in their ability to “live a fun, happy life.” Still more depressing? Only 53 percent of respondents said they had enough fun while 47 percent reported limiting their own fun on purpose.

It’s that time of year again: Businesses clamoring for your cash are offering discounts in hopes that you’ll spend money after filing your taxes. Some of the offers include discounted dinners at Boston Market and Outback Steakhouse restaurants, while Office Depot and Office Max will shred up to five pounds of your unneeded paper for free.
Be on the lookout for local deals, too, like cheap drinks at local watering holes. Tax Day is April 18.
