Rain, thunderstorms possible through Monday
The next two days will bring rain and thunderstorms to the metro-east, according to the National Weather Service.
Precipitation is likely throughout the day Sunday. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11 a.m.
Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., showers are likely and a thunderstorm is possible. Then, there is another chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m.
Hail the size of quarters is also a possibility today and tonight, a National Weather Service hazardous weather outlook states.
It will be cloudy Sunday, with a high temperature near 64 and a low around 52.
Monday will see occasional showers and thunderstorms before 1 p.m., followed by more showers.
It is expected to be mostly cloudy Monday, with a high near 55 and a low around 35.
The clouds will clear Tuesday, when it is expected to be sunny, with a high near 55 and a low around 34.
