Warmer temperatures and sunny skies through Saturday
A warming trend will start Wednesday across the metro-east.
Skies will be sunny with a high of 64, according to the National Weather Service. That’s two degrees cooler than the average high temperature of 66 for April 13 in the St. Louis metropolitan area. But it’s six degrees warmer than the high of 58 Tuesday.
It will be mostly clear Wednesday night with a low of 41.
The warming trend will continue Thursday with a high of 68 under sunny skies.
It will be partly cloudy Thursday night, when the low will be 50.
The temperature will reach 71 Friday under mostly sunny skies.
A few clouds will move into the area Friday night, when the low will be 50.
The weekend forecast calls for mostly sunny skies Saturday with a high of 69 and partly cloudy skies with a high of 73 Sunday. There’s a slight chance of rain Sunday night.
