▪ A 92-year-old woman hid behind her shed last week as two men robbed her house.
Tommie J. Fenton, Jr., 31, and Tydon L. Woolens, 27, both of East St. Louis, are charged in connection with residential burglary in the case. According to St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department reports, they broke into a home in the 2700 block of East Main Street by kicking in the front door.
The resident heard the commotion and fled her house, hiding until authorities arrived.
