The sun will make an appearance Thursday in the metro-east after a couple stormy days and nights.
The high will be 75 with a breeze from the west blowing at 7-13 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
But the nice weather won’t last long.
Clouds will move into the area Thursday night, when the low will drop to 50.
On Friday, skies will be mostly cloudy during the day with a high of 71.
During the evening hours, there is a 70 percent chance of thunderstorms and the temperature will dip to 56.
There is an 80 percent chance of storms Saturday, when the high will be 73.
The chance of storms is pegged at 60 percent Saturday night with a low of 57.
It could be stormy again Sunday with a 40 percent chance of rain and a high of 67.
