IDOT: Intermittent lane restrictions planned along I-255, Illinois 15

The Illinois Department of Transportation plans to have intermittent lane restrictions along Interstate 255 and Illinois 15 through the end of August, the agency said.

Restrictions are planned on:

▪  Northbound and southbound I-255 between Dupo and Interstate 64 in East St. Louis

▪  The I-255 ramps to I-64 in East St. Louis, and

▪  Eastbound Illinois 15 at I-255 near Alorton

Workers are scheduled to repair existing pavement.

IDOT said delays are expected in the work zones.
