On Friday night, storms are likely with a 70 percent chance of precipitation. Skies will be cloudy with a low around 74.
A hazardous weather outlook said thunderstorms will generate heavy rainfall Friday and Friday night, affecting portions of southern Illinois and southeast Missouri.
