Swansea equipment rental store owner plans new locale in hometown

A Swansea resident is planning to open his first metro-east locale for his construction and party rental equipment business.

Skip Kernan said he hopes to open his second Ango Kernan Rentals & Sales at 1704 North Belt West in the coming weeks. He already operates that business across the river in Overland, Missouri.

The owner of Rowan Tire & Auto Service in Belleville is planning to open a used car dealership across the street from his current business. Bob Rowan is currently seeking city approval for creating the new car lot at 1800 South Belt West. Stay tuned.
