New month, same story: More rain
Rain with a chance of thunderstorms are expected to throughout the day.
The forecast calls for lots of clouds, showers and strong chance of severe thunderstorms throughout the metro-east with a high of 78.
More thunderstorms are likely Thursday with highs expected to reach 81. Even more more storms are expected into Friday, with a 55 percent chance of storms and a high near 80.
The same is true of the Fourth of July weekend, with highs in the low 80s and a 50-60 percent chance of rain both Saturday and Sunday.
