Belleville sets summer trash schedule

On Monday, the city of Belleville will begin its trash, yard waste and recycling pickup schedule for the summer.

The city’s Sanitation Department will pick up those three things from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily during the months of May through September.

Items can be set out for pickup after 5 p.m. the day before and have to be out by 6 a.m. the day of collection.
