St. Nicholas Church in Pocahontas to host rummage sale

A rummage sale will be held in the St. Nicholas Catholic Hall, 401 State St. in Pocahontas, on Thursday, Sept. 22 from 4 to 8 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 23 from 2 to 8 p.m.; and Saturday, Sept. 24 from 8a.m. to noon. A wide variety of items, too numerous to mention, will be on sale.

Items will be half-price on Saturday. There will also be a bake sale on Saturday.

You can also buy raffle tickets at the sale. First prize is a $200 gift certificate for a meat bundle from Korte Meat Processing. Second prize is $100 in Lottery tickets, and third prize is $50 cash. The raffle drawing will be held on Saturday.
