The Madison County Association for Home and Community Education will have a taste of Ecuadorian cuisine and a study of Ecuador’s culture on Monday, Oct. 10 at the Farm Bureau Auditorium, 900 Hillsboro Ave. in Edwardsville (use the back entrance).
Doors open at 6 p.m., and the tasting will be at 6:30. A short presentation about Ecuador will be presented, and a unique “Inca Play” with video clips about Ecuador will enlighten your knowledge of this country. If you want to see some real-life Inca Indians and a llama of the highest quality, you must attend this exciting event.
