50th Anniversary: Lanny & Myrna Boyer
Lanny and Myrna (Wiese) Boyer of Highland celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their family on Saturday, Sept. 17 at Bella Milano restaurant in Edwardsville.
Lanny and Myrna were married on Sept. 17, 1966 at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Carlyle by the Rev. Kahre.
They have three children, Janelle (Duane) Clarke and Jill (Tim) Reaka, all of Highland, and Jason and Sandi Boyer of Mills River, N.C. They have four grandchildren, Mason Clarke, Madison Clarke, Max Clarke and Hudson Boyer.
They plan on a trip next summer with family to celebrate.
