Shareholders of Top Ag Cooperative Inc. will hear reports on the financial results and about the past year’s business operations at the cooperative’s annual meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the American Legion hall in Albers.
Brian Kunz, Top Ag’s president of the board of directors, urged all shareholders to attend and participate in the governance of their cooperative, as there will be the election of three board members taking place that evening.
Controller and general manager Kevin Hartkemeyer will also review activities and results of the company during the last fiscal year. Kunz will also give a report at the meeting.
Kunz added that, if a shareholder is unable to attend the meeting, they can return their proxy by mail or to any Top Ag office prior to the meeting.
Registration for the annual meeting will begin at 6 p.m. A dinner will be served at 6:30 for all attending stockholders, followed immediately by the business meeting.
Top Ag is a farmer-owned cooperative with grain facilities located in Addieville, Lebanon, Mascoutah, Okawville, Pierron, St. Libory and Trenton.
