Highland area police briefs for Oct. 31-Nov. 6

HPD warrant arrest
Brittney S. Hernandez, 21, of Granite City was arrested on Nov. 6 on two warrants from Highland police. She was wanted for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor assault charge, as well as failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
HPD additionally charged her with theft for allegedly taking $200 in cash from another person.

▪ Storm Bullock, 20, of Highland was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
Nov. 1
▪ Elizabeth A. Prather, 20, of Highland was charged with theft for allegedly taking a child’s car seat from another person.
▪ Rob Poston, 28, of Highland was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Matthew Short, 26, of New Douglas was charged with squealing tires.
Nov. 2
▪ Ashley N. Goth, 32, of Highland was charged with having an unrestrained animal.
Nov. 3

Nov. 4
▪ Erin Hart, 37, of Highland was charged with unlawful use of a cell phone in a school zone.
Nov. 5
▪ No tickets issued.
▪ Kaleb Aegerter, 24, of Highland was charged with squealing tires.
Nov. 6
▪ Kayla Kidd, 25, of Highland was charged with speeding.
