Highland Jaycees to hold BBQ fundraiser for dog park

The Highland Jaycees will hold a barbecue fundraiser to support the city’s new dog park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 in the parking lot of First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust, 12616 Illinois Route 143 in Highland.

On the menu will be pork steaks, $6; hamburgers and pork burgers, $4; and hot dogs, mac and cheese, beans, chips, soda and water, all $1 each.
