Jamestown area garage lost in fire

Highland-Pierron firefighters were called to a garage fire at 3 Westfall Road, near Jamestown, around 6:52 p.m. on Friday, May 8.

The detached garage was a total loss.

Firefighters said the owner accidentally set fire while working on a tractor inside the garage.

The St. Rose Fire Department provided mutual aid.
