Grantfork Elementary

The last week of school was a short one due to Memorial Day on Monday, and today there was no school because of a teachers work day. Friday will be the final day for this school year, and school will dismiss at 2:40 p.m. Also on Friday, students will receive their various awards at an assembly and then have their annual field day until school lets out.

A field trip to Busch Stadium was a big hit with the students. They got to tour the stadium and visit the museum, then a chance to actually go down on the field. This field trip was such a hit with the children that the PTO will plan another trip next year.

On May 27, students qualifying for the AAAA party will go to the YMCA for a party.

Grantfork UCC

The May 31 worship service will be a special recognition for graduates, and this is the day UCC goes to the summer schedule with worship starting at 9:30 a.m.
