Highland American Legion to recognize local World War II vets Saturday

Highland American Legion Post 439 will recognize local World War II veterans with a dinner in their honor on Saturday at the Legion Hall.

All local War II vets are invited to bring one guest to the free dinner.

Social hour will start at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will begin immediately afterward at 6:30 p.m.

There will be a brief program afterward. Mayor Joe Michaelis will speak.
