Engagement: Deiters-Loepker

Chelsea Deiters and Ryan Loepker are engaged.

The bride-to-be is a registered respiratory therapist at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. She is the daughter of Susie and Kevin Dewaele, and Craig Deiters.

The groom-to-be is employed by the state of Illinois at Vandalia Correctional Center, as a correctional officer. He is the son of Patty and Mark Loepker.

The couple is planning to wed on Sept. 12, 2015.
